Criterion Travel - Health and Safety Statement
Our commitment to safety during the global pandemic
Criterion Travel has always been committed to the positive experience and overall satisfaction of the travelers on our programs. Since the spread of the novel coronavirus and COVID-19, health and well-being have been thrust to the forefront and taken absolute top priority.
During these unprecedented times, the desire to explore the beauty and wonder of our world continues to reside in all of us, but to venture out, it is imperative that we are confident that everything possible is being done to mitigate health and safety risks. To that end, we are working closely with our local suppliers to stay current with recommendations and to institute strict COVID-19 protocols and best practices based on the latest expert guidelines.
We are in daily contact with ground operators and other resources that keep us informed about local conditions in the destinations we visit, and are utilizing our partnership with Redpoint Resolutions, a travel risk and crisis management company with local expertise and offices worldwide. We are also continually monitoring updates from the World Health Organization, U.S. State Department, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and World Travel and Tourism Council (see links below).
Every day continues to bring new developments related to the virus. As the situation evolves, we are constantly reevaluating how to best meet the needs of our travelers and staff on tour. We take this fluid situation very seriously and can assure you we are committed to a world-class standard of health and safety.
